This course will help you take your practice to a whole new level! It will provide you with an in-depth, detailed and clearly organised perspective on acupoints. We will start by looking at the general phenomenon of the points within the meridian framework and then closely investigate a series of point families. Week by week, I will be guiding you through specific point groups so that you will not only be able to locate and identify but also use them in your practice - and self practice. My intention is to stimulate you both conceptually/intellectually, practically/clinically and also spiritually/philosophically. The course will also provide Qigong and embodiment exercises so that you can internalise and to make use of all the information provided.
Energy Management & Burnout - Mini Course
What to expect from this mini course: An 80-minute video recording, including discussions, insights and 3 practices for stress release and internal resource generation. Each practice is contained in a separate video - easy access at your fingertips. Strategies and insights for reducing stress, managing energy levels and building inner resources.
