Take your practice to a whole new level! This course will provide you with an in-depth, detailed and clearly organised perspective on acupoints. We will start by looking at the general phenomenon of the points within the meridian framework and then closely investigate a series of point families. Week by week, I will be guiding you through specific point groups so that you will not only be able to locate and identify but also use them in your practice - and self practice. My intention is to stimulate you both conceptually/intellectually, practically/clinically and also spiritually/philosophically. The course will also provide Qigong and embodiment instruction to enable you to make use of all the information provided.

Energy Management & Burnout
• During the first part of the workshop, we will explore the causes of burnout from the perspective of Oriental medicine• In our first practice, we will explore a gentle and easy to follow Qigong that is designed to nourish and support your energy• This will be followed by a meditation to help you completely let go but stay present and connected with your body, slow down the pace of everyday life and decrease the strength of any negative internal dialogue you might be experiencing.• Feedback, questions & answers and rounding off.
Energy Management & Time - Past, Present and Future
• During the first guided meditation, we will re-visit a past source of joy and bring that positive energy strongly into the now through body awareness.• During the second guided meditation, we will be working with future moments to defuse tension and strain and create ease and potential through simple breath work.
